Great article and it did made me think about whether I admire people with confidence or generousity. I feel people with confidence can be easy to approach but forgettable. The generous people are unforgettable though.

I am the friend who reaches out often and it has led to many great conversations even when life is "busy". When a friend reaches out to me after a while and says they were thinking of me, it brightens up my whole day!

I've told some friends no matter how difficult something is to talk about they can always reach out. It means hard conversations but that's where I can truly make a difference to their lives.

Finally, Viktor Frankl is awesome. His story always puts life in perspective for me.
