Hi Shivendra, as someone who was very young I had a high risk appetite and so focused on diversifying within equity. Using other classes would have reduced my risk further but I was willing to make some sacrifices here for greater expected returns and simplicity.

It is a good point and something which is relevant for some investors but not something which I did for my returns.

My pension is a much longer horizon and is invested across more asset classes.
